End-to-End Research Support
More than recruitment and fieldwork.
AIC Research provides end-to-end qualitative research support for clients who need additional operational, methodological or project management assistance.
We can coordinate the practical delivery of a qualitative project from setup through to fieldwork completion.
This may include timelines, participant communications, scheduling, supplier coordination, researcher communication and ongoing project updates.
A strong screener is essential to identifying participants who genuinely meet the study requirements.
We can develop or refine recruitment screeners to reflect the target audience, behaviours, exclusions and relevant project criteria.
Where required, we can support the development of discussion guides for interviews, focus groups and other qualitative methodologies.
The objective is to create a logical structure that covers the research objectives while still allowing the moderator to explore unexpected or valuable areas of conversation.
AIC can provide moderation for qualitative research conducted online or in person.
This can include traditional moderator-led interviews and group discussions as well as AI-supported or AI-moderated approaches where suitable for the methodology.
Human moderation remains particularly valuable when live probing, sensitivity, interpretation and adaptability are important. AI-assisted approaches can be useful where scale, consistency or flexible participation are priorities.
For international research, we provide language support including:
-
Screener translation
-
Discussion guide translation
-
Participant-facing materials
-
Document translation
-
Consecutive interpretation
-
Simultaneous interpretation
-
Localisation and language review
We can provide human or AI-assisted transcription depending on the project requirements.
Transcripts can also be translated where research is being conducted across multiple languages.
Reporting support can range from practical fieldwork summaries through to more structured qualitative outputs.
Depending on the scope, this may include:
-
Topline findings
-
Interview summaries
-
Fieldwork summaries
-
Thematic summaries
-
Qualitative reports
The level of reporting can be agreed according to the needs of the project.
